FIRST APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT: A deposit is taken to hold your appointment spot. This is taken off the price of your first appointment. However, if the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled without 24 hours notice or a no-show, then the deposit is not refundable. Appointments cancelled or refunded with 24+ hours' notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Appointments made via phone for New Patient bookings require a deposit.
