Endonasal cranial correction in Byron Bay
Your skull isn't a single bone. It's a jigsaw of flat plates that interlock, and when those plates sit out of alignment, the rest of the body adapts around them, often creating compensation patterns from head to toe.
Endonasal Cranial Correction™ is a method for working with those plates directly. Dr Regan uses small balloons placed briefly inside the nasal cavity to encourage the cranium to realign. Most people describe the experience as awkward, but not painful.
Working with the cranium, supporting the whole body
The cranium is built from several flat bones that interlock like a jigsaw. When those pieces sit even slightly out of place, the body compensates around them. The aim of ECC™ is to address the cranium directly, easing residual tension around the skull and face.
Many people carry long-standing tension around the eyes and jaw without realising it. Releasing the cranium can give that tension somewhere to go.
Because the cranium sits at the top of the spine, changes there can ripple downward. ECC™ may support better posture and spinal alignment over time.
As the body realigns into a more neutral state, some people notice differences in facial symmetry. Cheekbones may sit differently, the nose may straighten, and tension around the eyes and jaw can ease.
