Meet Your Practitioner
Dr. Regan Osborne Chiropractor, Byron Bay
A second-generation chiropractor, writer and educator whose work sits at the intersection of structure, stress, posture and the body's deeper patterns.
After years in practice, Regan's clinical focus has evolved beyond standard chiropractic care into a more layered form of integrative bodywork. His sessions combine Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC), Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), endonasal cranial correction, visceral and fascial release, and a posture-first understanding of the nervous system.

His Approach
Reading the body as an intelligent system
Regan's work is built on the belief that the body is not random, broken or unintelligent. It is adaptive. Every postural pattern, protective response, emotional holding pattern or area of restriction may be part of a larger story the body has used to survive, stabilise or continue functioning under stress.
Rather than chasing symptoms alone, Regan reads the body more carefully, looking at how structure, emotion, fascia, breath, cranial function and nervous system tone may be interacting.
Each session is used to help identify which layer of the system is asking for attention first. That might be a structural compensation, a fascial restriction, a cranial pattern, a visceral influence, or an unresolved stress response held in the nervous system.
This is care that values precision and patience over quick fixes, designed to support the body's own capacity for change rather than override it.
Modalities & Training
A layered approach, brought together in one session
Regan draws on a number of complementary techniques, chosen and combined in response to what each individual body is presenting on the day.
ABC Certified
Advanced Biostructural Correction
A postural correction method that addresses structural compensations the body cannot release on its own, restoring forward-shifted vertebrae and improving overall alignment.
NET Certified
Neuro Emotional Technique
A mind-body technique used to identify and resolve unresolved stress responses held in the nervous system that may be influencing physical symptoms and patterns.
Endonasal Cranial Correction
Cranial & airway-focused work
A gentle intra-nasal technique that helps restore movement and balance through the cranial bones and sinuses. Often used for breathing, sinus and postural concerns.
Visceral Release
Soft tissue & organ-focused work
Gentle hands-on work that addresses tension and restriction through the deeper soft tissues and organs, which can quietly influence posture, breath and movement.
Fascial Release
Whole-body connective tissue
Targeted release through the fascial network, the connective tissue that links structure throughout the body, to support freer, more integrated movement.
Premium Pathway
Extended, individualised sessions
A dedicated appointment pathway for patients seeking longer, more in-depth care, combining the modalities above within a single, considered session.
Practice Philosophy
“The body does not need to be dominated. It needs to be understood.”
