Dr. Megan

A chiropractor for women and children with a clinical lens shaped by neuroscience, psychology and the intelligence of the body.

Welcome, friend.

There is a moment, in the quiet of a session, when the body begins to reveal what’s going on underneath.

I have spent my career learning to listen for it. With a background woven through chiropractic, health sciences and psychology, I came to understand early that the structural and the emotional are not two separate conversations, they are one. The body holds what the mind has carried. The nervous system remembers what words cannot always reach.

My work centres on women moving through the seasons of their lives, on babies arriving into the world with their own unspoken stories, on children growing into themselves.

A feeding difficulty may be a cranial story. A mother's persistent neck pain may be the weight of everything she is holding. A teenager's rounded shoulders may have less to do with posture than with how it feels to take up space.

I follow the body. I let it lead.

I have found that healing rarely happens in a single dramatic moment. It happens in the gentle accumulation of sessions, in a nervous system that slowly learns it is safe, in a body that gradually releases what it no longer needs to protect.

I believe you are not broken. I believe you are patterned. And patterns, with the right attention, can change.
